Is there a way to retain high performance of Samsung EVO 850 250GB SSD using Balanced Power Plan instead of Samsung High Performance Plan?

This is because under Samsung High Performance Plan, cpu power is 100% all the time.

20% minimum not all times, the cpu will auto adjust to higher when more processing power is needed.

To be honest bro, the difference is minimal (about 10%). No point running high performance with the CPU running at full since it will affect performance elsewhere.
