hi there my samsung tab3 8.0 ( used for 2 months) started to have some screen issue recently.
when i am watching videos or using apps, the screen will suddenly screen off to standby, and it will not react. However i can still power the screen on etc, but just cannot unlock the screen. This issue can occur for up to 5mins and it came to worse days back when it remained up till nearly 1 hr. No use even though when i hardreset the tab ( screen was no able to response to touch, therefore cannot off/restart manually)
Anyone got this issue? btw mine is the wifi version
