Samsung Washing Machine stuck at 9 Minutes

Hi, my washing machine some what stuck at 9 mins remaining on the final spin cycle, what is the problem? The drum is still spinning even though display shows 9 minutes. Waited for quite a while but still at 9 minutes.

Model: WW80H5400EW, bought for < 1 year

Tried to power off and restart the program and tried with other programs but still stuck.

Any idea why? Thank you!
