I had unknowingly scotch brite the barrel till some silverish can be seen on the barrel .

Anyone know what will happen to me if i report to the higher-up ?

It is better for you to report than for them to find out especially since you have already “reported” it here.

Maybe there are folks who are tasked to check on people incriminating themselves will take notice and it will eventually come and haunt you.

By right, you aren't allowed to use Scotch Brite on the weapon so you're fked either way. Better to report, they might not fk you as jialat.

But if unit fail LRI cos of him he is also ******. Either way he is ****** so just man up & face the consequences.

And in future dont key kiang. Even last time with m16 they already told us not to use our own method to clean.
