You could be right but why make it so grey in the first place. The whole of having a will is to distribute your assets under no uncertain terms. If you know in advance there could be an issue with joint account, why risk it?

hahaha, there are benefits of having joint accounts, we have it as Will Substitute, good family relationships also important, so u have to see what is best for u, hahaha, but in TS case, looks to have potential issues lor, hahaha
