Yup, but the letter last week was to inform that the application is being processed, and what priority schemes you are under and how many chances you are allotted.

Hopefully the results will be out today cause it’s already mid Feb haha

The letter isn't about the results, but to tell you results will be out by agar agar when nia lah.

Today just announced for increasing grants for resale flat buyer.. maybe that's the hint lol

I think hdb needs to go for English lessons.

“We are processing all flat applications received. The ballot results will be released by mid Feb 2023.”

The word “by” means before, and yet, we still haven’t receive the results

By elimination. Is the date at the start or end of Feb? If no, date = mid Feb
