During the annual survey you can feedback, and maybe they will replace the RM for you.

I don't think I qualify. It's for those who join from Oct? I submitted my form for AI a few days before end of Sept. Iirc , approval was immediate or almost so.

RM never reply, maybe you can try the CSM, since SC you are given the name of both RM and CSM.

No. I suppose you tried using the SC MyRM chat feature? This is better as SC do monitor their SC MyRM and if you keep repeatedly send same message a few times (over a period of say 2 weeks - do give them some time in case they are on leave) if you don't get any response from your RM, you will receive a message from SC to provide feedback on/rate your RM and you know what to do by then right?

True, I mainly use IBKR anyway. Only buy some in HSBC to get their rewards from recent premier promotion and meet the premier TRB only.
