I have been scam by a person. I sign a contract with him for a website and he did not deliver it to me. Total amount is $5500. He doesn't want to return back the money to me and ask me to report to police.
Can i claim back my lost if i report to police ? what is the penalty for Frauds and Scam.

Mata will tell you this is breach of contract, nothing they can do, go and hire lawyer to sue him.
