Does accepting a scholarship from SMU disallow me from appealing to and accepting an offer from NUS?

No it doesn't. But doesn't smu tell you that you're required to pay a 2k penalty if you accept and then reject it?

Hmm? Is there a penalty..? i am unaware.. the agreement contract they sent me showed that i would have to pay a penalty based on the amount they currently gave me.. which would be $0 right
