Try and get a Cash refund asap
During the covid lockdown for my precovid booking which was cancelled i made a mistake of accepting a voucher thinking that it’s the equivalent of the cash i paid which shouldn’t have an expiry date. Unfortunately, because travel only resumed recently i found to my utter disappointment that there was an expiry date. Can you imagine i paid cash for the ticket and cash have an expiry date? subsequent calls to Scoot met with those “ you should know better what,” and “it’s too bad it expired and we won’t do anything about it” attitudes You guess it that why SQ, patent of Scoot made obscene amount of profits recently. a very little bit of that was my hard earned blood money!

Anyone know if my Scoot return flight timing has been changed at least 3 times over the past 3 months. Can I get a refund due to this reason? If can , will I get partial or full refund? i did not buy any travel insurance. Thanks in advance

Last time when they rescheduled flight, will let the passenger to decide whether to cancelled flight/change date or accept the changes by email but not sure if now they still do.
