Screen hang with white pixel

hi currently having this problem after changing motherboard

Without SLI tested on single card is fine without any issues
With SLI enable this will appear

Previously was using msi z97s gaming 5

Only parts changes was the motherboard and add on cpu cooler.

Any solution ? Thanks !!
