have a new comp with OS win 11 all newly install

ryzen 7500f
asus b650m-e
asus dual twin fan oc 4070
kingston fury beast 6000mhz 32gb

i keep having weird pixelated square boxes at random sometimes play game sometimes watch video, they just flash the screen with less than 1 sec.

tried

1) hdmi to tv & monitor , tried DP and hdmi to monitor having those weird pixelated.

2) install gpu driver to latest, then uninstall and reinstall (without using DDU though)

read around some says driver issue , some says is GPU fault or VRAM issue.. anyone has any idea ?

attached a pic below.

Looks like a VRAM issue.

You can test by reducing the VRAM memory speed and see if the error occurs again.

RMA/Repair the graphic card.
If it is a Aftershock PC just send back the PC.
