See so many 50s people online KPKB cannot find job.. is this our future?

Why is PAP & MOM like a toothless tiger dare not put this into law ? But PFOMA, FICA, fast hand fast leg implement.

Our TFR so low, of course should hire seniors, what more 50s aren't that old yet. (pls lar dun waste your citizens degree go do grab etc)

Look at those AMDK airline, even the stewardess so many are middle aged.. because ageism laws are in place & AMDK culturally less biased against older workers.

Sporean are one of the most biased against older workers, yet we dont have laws to prevent this. How ironic.

Don't worry government had just increased the retirement age to 64, they are given more time to find job before their retirement.

I think the govt reluctance to fight ageism, is so that they have excuse to import more foreigners.

can keep saying "Spore NOT ENOUGH TALENT POOL"

Nowadays all the easy jobs are the first to go

either go to AI, outsource or stack on to existing employees

the remaining jobs become so competitive that need to have degree/or more to qualify.
Next time life will be hard
