Seeking clarifications from bosssaizo

I posted a thread seeking clarifications on someone using "EDMWer dog".
bosssaizo said it was a "generic statement".

Then someone said actions were taken on him/her for using some statement that "didn't name call anyone", to which bosssaizo replied "name calling is name calling".

Question is, what kind of guideline does bosssaizo operate on when moderating/administering the forum?

Then can I appeal to have my infraction for jokingly saying "EDMWers are stupid" lifted? After all, you have said numerous times that insulting or name calling is an infraction when targeted at specific person only what plus daily we get people saying "70% are daft and stupid" but they don't get infractions for that. Thanks in advance.
