Am looking out for a good platform to start Progressive Web App (PWA) development.

Anyone out there with positive/negative experience to share on any platform?

for pwa first of all you need to know how to write sw.js. React and VUE framework have better pwa support than angular.

Have you worked with projects that has this requirement recently?

I worked on one more than a year back; but my experience is that there isnt any such demand (just like various accessibility standards) here locally

as of now i have yet to see any client who needs their application in offline mode, so PWA is not a need. But i have a little bit of experience in coding it.
