I have a few questions, I am having ICT in Nov, and its my first time filing the claims.

If I choose the first option, using income tax.
So based on my past year income tax, my income for the previous year is higher than my current year, when will they ask me to pay back the overpayment?
When should I submit the claim form?

TIA!

They will pay you based on an average of your past 2 years income. They are quite conservative, usually they will underpay first. Then top up once they know your actual income
