Btw is there anyone able to recommend me books for the following requirement.

1) writing out formal language, e.g office email, proposal, creating documentation etc
2) management skills, esp for projects planing, having foresight
3) books to improve communication skills

1) Write Everything Right, by Denny Hatch. Get from Amazon
2) Ultimate Sales Machine, by Chet Holmes. Lots of good stuff inside which you can probably still apply.
3) Would recommend you join www.askdrayton.com. Membership also includes his How To Write and Persuade Better videos and a pdf of How To Write Sales Letters

Stoic book by Ryan holiday is not bad.
Books i bought recently.
1)The science of meditation.
2)Tribe of mentor
3)Tools of Titan

1) is by jospeh Goldstein and Richard Davidson. Jospeh also wrote popular book called emotional intelligence.
2 and 3) is by Tim Ferriss.

Also used some YouTube channel videos to do self improvement too.

Plus my other tactics I have.

Any meetup. Casual meetup only. Just bring ur own books and no need to discuss too much about the book cos I also lazy to prepare notes to talk about .

I admit people who read self help books or videos, there is usually some form of escapism from actually doing some real world learning by doing practical or just making a decision and taking real world actions.

Self help books may give wrong advices to some people too as unintended consequences and miscommunication.

So it is not a one size fit all thing.

So the safe advice is to take actions in real world and also read self help books.

If really talk about detailed advices, you really need a professional person to see your case and tailor specific reading plus actions.
