I want to offload a ppty and don't want to go through an agent. Can I list my ppty on pptyguru by myself or are there other channels I can go through ?

Any ppty guru here can share some tips?

Simple answer is no. You can't advertise on property guru if you are not an agent. Most decent property website do not allow non agents to advertise on their platform.

But you can always try carousell or gumtree. Good luck.

You will need to know how to process the paperwork and taxes, which are confusing and tedious. I tried myself and gave up.

You can try to use DirectHome, though i'm not sure how they work.

Property sites do not allow non agent to list. Agents are paying thousands of dollars to list. You can try to do on online classifieds platforms or put up on ST classifieds.

Not difficult to sell on your own. Can check HDB web for the process and details.

Just be careful, you might encounter potential buyers doing without an agent. Make sure both ends knows the process.

Ps. Agent here, if need any info can PM me šŸ˜‚

Is quite easy actually. Can be done within a day or so. Save you lots of money that you need to pay to your agent. Is worth the effort.

If TS is selling a HDB, can read about the faq process here https://privatehome.sg/faq/. Not impossible to do by yourself using hdb resale portal

But how TS is going to advertise his property to get in front of and connect with potential buyers is an issue

It's certainly possible to start without an agent and see how it goes. If it goes well, great. If it isn't going well, you can enlist an agent if you wish.

Does agent do a lot of the paperwork ?
My impression is they only help to do up the OTP.
Rest of the paperwork is done by the lawyers anyway.

Most buyers search properties only at popular websites like PropertyGuru, iProperty, SRX, etc. which only licensed agents can advertise as they paid thousands of dollars, so if one do not engage an agent then will lose out a pool of buyers; one may try to diy sell but the price could be lower coz not all buyers manage to view nor offer. My two cents of thoughts... ;)
