Seminar / Course Withdrawal

Any of you know that if there is our right to cancel a course/seminar after paying the full amount?

Few days ago I have a register a Explosive Swing Trading course by CK Ee, organize by Cyberquote.
Had a stronger argument with my wife and thinking of request to withdraw the course.

Wish to know if anyone having similar experience and whether is our right to cancel within cooling off period and we our protected by CASE or any law.

Will update again on my experience.

It depends on CyberQuote’s terms and conditions for that course, but I see that they may have a 7 day cooling off period (based on a past course I found). If you send a refund request in writing within that period you may be entitled to a full refund.

well if u havent accessed any of their course materials then no harm asking. but if they had added u to some sort of chat grp or forums, then they will always use the argument that you already know their strategy or have access to their course materials and thus wont refund u.
