Separate "EDMW-like" section for foreign topics

I think this is something that can be considered in the future, rather than dumping everything into a single forum section (EDMW) and making this place feels like it is a foreign land rather than a local SINGAPORE forum.

Thanks for the suggestion, we will discuss internally if this is feasible.

Ultimately users still choose where to start their threads despite our directions. Current Affairs Lounge has always been the preferred sub-forum for topics related to foreign affairs, however users still love starting such threads in EDMW.
