advanced that much in the past 5 years from an energy density pov.

Apple watch battery cannot last for more than 1 day if you are using it normally

Got to charge every night, also need to charge in the morning before you leave home if the watch is already more than 1.5 year old

So ... it is troublesome, and you will only keep up with such charging routine if you feel that it is useful to you
