latest games with ultra/high setting smoothly?


I need the following components:

- CPU
- SSD + 1 spare HDD for Data
- Mouse + Keyboard
- Speakers
- Monitor (23inch or better)
- Prefer windows 7 OS

Get a r9 280 instead can play all in high or ultra settings too
