You can try these two brands. very good and my hair will last at least 8 hours during the day.

Essential - Deep cleansing Care Shampoo
Cheap and budget - cost less than $10, easily can buy from watson, guardian or venus shop. 700ml

Shiseido Fuente Fore Purify Shampoo.
Good and quite expensive - cost less than $50. i can used one 100ml bottle for 1 to 1.5 months. i always buy online like shoppe, qoo10 etc.

aesop is too drying for me. it strips out too much oil until my scalp produce more oil trying to compensate :s22:

i usually wash my hair twice a day. i use the "normal" ones before i go to sleep and the oily scalp ones before i go to work so my hair can take a break

i mix the following oily scalp shampoos:
phyto (daily oily scalp)
innisfree oily scalp one
shiseido fuento forte clarifying shampoo
christophe robin sea salt scrub

with the following "normal" shampoos:
balmain revitalising shampoo
futurer daily use - light green with beads one
ouai smooth shampoo

I think i shall try the same as you.
I do mix my shampoo with the normal one too.
cause i really cannot take the scalp smell after using those shampoo specially for oily scalp.
I used to use nioxin, im not sure did i use it the right way.
it keep my scalp clean after every wash but doesnt seems to help with my oily scalp.

wowo probably works for many but not me. :)
my hair stylist and yum nam hair care friends told me.
If you have a oily scalp u have to use a oil control shampoo,
when u have dry hair u need to use moisture shampoo.
but wowo shampoo come in 1, so how can a shampoo help with both dry hair and oily hair?
here comes the confusing part.

Wowo shampoo is a good option for this
