Btw anyone knows how to enable speakerphone?? On my older sh-06a, holding the call button for a few seconds does it but that doesn't work with the 007sh.

my friend paid a deposit to this seller named Tiffian for 007SH as Tiffian said he is able to get a brand new 007SH from japan. problem is as we know, 007SH is already out of production and available ones even in japan are either 2nd hand or reconditioned.

So in the case of my friend gets something like re-con or 2nd hand set, what should he do? he was promised a brand new set. can he decline and get the deposit back?

When i bought a brand new set (unlocked) few years back from another seller, it comes with original box set with original manufacturer warranty card(even though it is useless here). this proves the originality of the phone.

guys, need your advise.

I assume your friend didn't have any written agreement about the condition of the sale??
if the answer is no then I think it's up to the seller's goodwill. Although if your friend do get a used set, it's gonna be hard to sue or report them. I read some bad reviews about tiffian but since I never made any deal with them, I dunno how true it is...
Anyway I got all my keitai from benny. And so far I'm a happy customer
