Shiba having skin problem, need a vet recommendation

Hi all!
My Shiba has been having skin problems for 2-3 years. Been using tcm acupuncture and herbal medicine. But the condition never fully recover. She is on home cook diet. Can anyone recommend a good doctor preferably using tcm or natural remedies, and can also provide good info on home cook diet.
