Hi guys. I work in a hotel as a technician. Recently our hotel has become delicate facilities for those returnees for them to served their SHN
Just one random night., got one room got some defect. Need to enter to repair. During that time. Instructions given is to call GSM or Security and wear PPE before entering the room. I followed.
I did call GSM regarding the above issue. He then told me I can go and fix it.
The next day I was asked to stay home for 14 days. Unpaid leave. They say we cannot enter occupy room, must wait for guest change room first. But that is not the instruction during my time.
They had change the instruction after asking me to stop 14 days work.
My concern Is hotel have the right to unpaid me for this case ?
