actually if you're young and no commitments, not bad to go there and just try to survive a year or two. next job nego will have a good salary to start off with. even take paycut from there, also better than peers who go through normal enterprise route

Their roles are generally paid well. Heard HR junior hire can draw 4k. Hours are bad though so the hourly rate could be worse compared to other MNCs.
