Shopping tips in NYC

Hey all!

i'm hoping to get some 0% tax shopping. I saw that New Hampshire is one of the few states with 0% sales tax. I'm wondering if the prices of items are still similar to the west coast?

What are the super good outlets I should visit in New Hampshire and is it advisable to spend a full weekend there just to shop tax-free?

Also, which part of summer is super good to get the max discount for American retailers like A&F, Hollister, Banana Republic etc?

Some states have 0% tax for Apparel and Shoes, you may wanna check that out.

Premium outlet wise, don't expect many good deals at very popular one, like the new brunswick near NYC.
