As per topic. Thinking I’ll start using the work/dress shoes I bought years ago but hardly ever used … no doubt I expect at least 1 or 2 if not more the sole will disintegrate as I walk :s14:

I never understood the lighter method during NS, me I just poke the brush bristles into the Kiwi to get Kiwi on it, scrub over the shoes, wipe with rag. Black but no shine.

But nowadays people just get the bottle with the sponge applicator on top, squeeze the bottle and rub the sponge over the shoe? Or y’all still go old-school with the Kiwi and brush?

Anyone can SIC how you polish your work/dress shoes?

I used to polish the shoes so shiny until I can see my grandmother teeth reflected.

Just buy new one lor. If you don't buy branded work shoes, $20-$30 a pair can last you at least 6 months to a year, then change.

You polish like that is not meant for general use. You cannot use public transport or crowded places. Is more for atas events where you are unlikely to scratch it.
