Sim not supported

Giga user here. I just got my iphone 14 Pro Max but unable to use my sim card on it as it says 'Sim not supported' when i tried setting up mobile service.

Has anyone encountered this problem and any workabout for this?

Well.....when i received the error msg, i could only see other options to resolve this like transferring from another iphone or using qr code to scan but no apn settings

either sim card faulty or ur phone issue.

i using giga on ip13pm.. no such issue.
