On the day of the announcement of the data leak, before the news report, we already received scam call that knows we are Simba subscriber, our name. The scammer said we sign up for the new iPhone and something something. Their English no good, like local ahbeng or jhk English.
Cannot make up what they were trying to say .

Sent '2' to 1218 but no response - no SMS received about remaining quota for the current bill cycle.

Anybody also got this issue?

Is it that simba changed payment implement do not auto deduct next mobile plan subscription fee from wallet balance 4 days before cycle renewal? Received email with the invoice number for next month. Using gmail, it showed a pay bill button.


Different from last month. Last month was received plan has been renewed 4 days from next month renewal date, the received receipt ref 3 days from next month renewal date.
