Korean got Naengmyeon (Cold Noodles), i wonder why singapore no one sell Cold Maggi?

Just cook maggi as per normal, then drain and put in ice cubes. after that add tomato sauce, oil and fried shallots. jin ho jiak.


Rast time I try before put fish ball kway teow with tomato sauce dry in fridge. take out jiak jin ho jiak.

Boomers say eat liao will stomach pain and go hospital

Dunno why our local boomers so against cold stuffs. They insist after eating something cold will need visit hospital after that

it's just their old wives' tale. all hogwash.

anyway there are shops selling soba served cold. very nice. not cheap though.

I always make zaru soba at home. Just cook the noodles and put in ice bowl

i asked the exact same question weeks ago.. if anybody here want to start fnb or hawker business... this is the one. can innovate local noodle dishes to be cold version. and don't forget to thank us :o :o

Just put meepok or laksa into fridge?
