taxi driver have to get down before entering the cbd, go to a kisok and buyed a sticker thing and stick on his window before entering
then the price is counted into the taxi fare

In September 2000, a GCB on Ladyhill Road with a land area of 16,340 sq ft was sold for S$8.23 million, which translates to approximately S$504 per square foot (psf).

just 15 year later already 8M, previously inflation not so high yet so it stands to reason should be around 1-2M or so, guesstimate? Also GCB was designated around 1980s so the concept was relatively new back then.
