All the so called zero tolerance to abuse ******** motherhood statements. There is passive aggressive. Patients know how to take it out on you make your life miserable.
Little empathy and support from other colleagues. Ownself care ownself.
Fear of complaints cos just means more work and dwelling on the abusive patient writing reply to bosses.

I have to go hospital every 1 to 2 months. It’s a whole day situation, see doctor need to wait, payment need to wait, take medication also need to wait. Pharmacy is the last process of coz patients won’t be happy. Sometimes even need to wait 1 hour for medication. The seats at pharmacy area is too small for patients as well

SG culture is bad.
AMDK who move to SG are the a hole type and demand this and that want fast etc.
They are the ones who complain in Canada and we tell them to F off. So they go to SG and get waited on hand and foot.

It's the culture. Some Chinese in Canada also same. They see another chinese they think ah....my expectations on efficiency and subservience goes up can bully .
