SingNet MetroEthernet connectivity to UK

I am facing connection issues.
anyone on SingNet MetroE line can help ping the following-
www.bbc.co.uk
www.bt.com

Spoke to SingNet NOC. There are currently issues with network traffic heading to Europe.

last time SMW4 cable failure was on 25 Jan 2013. so fast got problem again!
