Now, this issue sounds really absurd. Is it just on iPhones or does this happen on other LTE enabled phones on Singtel?! I'm planning to get the next gen iPhone this year, I will think twice about upgrading if this is iPhone specific...

I tried S3 LTE. No problem. Really think it is a combination of iPhone and the Telco network here.

Humm..., from the looks of it. It appears that I have made a very wise choice by staying put with my current 3G plan on iP5, instead of going over fully to LTE.

I think my problem is due to the transition signal change from LTE to 3G when there's incoming call. Suppose to change smoothly, but when there's incoming call, I can see the signal change to 3G but the phone nve ring. Singtel tech team advise me to only use LTE when I need it. N switch to 3G so I can receive calls. They said they're looking at 4G voice.

Anyway, if u guys have any problems. I highly recommend u all to go to their singtel support twitter n communicate with the ppl there. They are more dedicated than the 1688 helpdesk. Was quite surprised with the effort n quick response n the knowledge plus the follow up they have there, instead of the 1688 help desk. Previously I called 1688, only ask me to reset network settings. Zzz

Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I came across it while I was researching on the problem I've been having. I am on Singtel as well, but I'm using the HTC One. Been having the exact same problem as you all have described. When I switch off 4G and use 3G only, the calls and messages come in fine. It seems to happen when the phone is locked and in sleep for a while. When I unlock and start using my phone, the messages come in. Anybody has found a solution to this, besides switching off 4G?

Had same issue with my latest LG F5 phone. Called up Singtel and 1st tech support told me that 4G don't support calls and therefore must switch to 3G. Then I remembered my wife has IP5 and never had any issue(also singtel). Called up a second time and aother tech support explained saying there's something going on backend and to try again 24hrs later on 4G.....still have missed calls(sms prompters of missed callers) today even on 3G!!! what's wrong with Singtel? Or is it with Andriod phone???? sighz
