Singtel Confusing or False Deal

My current line is Singtel CIS combo 3 with datax3. I'm recontracting my current line with same combo 3 and datax3. However, I'm not able to get the $100 discount from combo 3 and $100 discount from datax3 in final shopping cart summary before checkout. $200 discount is missing.

Anyone face the same issues?

I try to check online with customer service and they say I need to check with my company HR, they are totally useless, clueless and lousy.

I suspect the deal is for new customer only.

im using CES line. with data 3x. (promo at $5 / mth) - paying for 2x price but get 3x.

upon 21mth of contract, i was eligible for renew line and sign up for a new phone.

without reading that i need to satisfy 24months, i went ahead to renew. little that i know, i cannot renew this same deal even thou I received flyer of current promo. because i did not complete 24 months contract.

I emailed to cso to clarify but I was at losing end.

1st, I downgraded my 3x to 2x as I didnt need so much data. and I was charged for early downgrade as I didnt complete 24 months.
2nd, I could not enjoy anymore promo rate if I want to go back to 3x.

Singtel used to gave customer good deal in various discount when they renew the contract in 21 month.

Now, all the deal not applicable if renew within 24 months. It is time for us to switch to M1 or Starhub.

with the increased terms & conditions for contracted plans, together with a reduction in CIS discounts, it no longer makes sense to have such contracts..

frankly, we should now consider SIM only plans and source for phones outside

aside from that, even the singtel circle is only giving $350 upgrade handset voucher whereas the fee to upgrade after a year is $500..

Singtel raised their price plans while the CIS discount percentage remained the same. It’s indeed better to get a sim only plan and source for a phone yourself since there’s no binding contract to tie you down for 24 mths.

my corporate discount has decreased from 50% to 40% to 20%

i am very upset lol
