I signed up for Singtel Dash Pet around Oct 2021.

2 weeks ago, I noticed a transaction made using my wallet funds on the 23 Dec 4:20 pm - for some bus trip seemingly. I was working in my office at this time, so the transaction is impossible.

When I contacted Singtel Dash, I found out the transaction wasn't even made using my credit card number! They claimed it was my "old number". I do not know what this means or how often the visa card number changes but basically this transaction is for a credit card number that does not match my current number.

I asked for clarifications on how this is even possible and they kept blaming Transitlink and that I mistakenly paid for my trip using Singtel Dash. I never even activated Singtel Dash for NFC payment to begin with. Moreover, I was working in my office.

Given that the transaction took place using a credit card number that is not mine, there is not much I can do. Does anyone have any advice on what to do in such a situation?

Ask SingTel dash for a resolution.
