singtel extend ringing duration

My line used to be able to ring for 1min...
but now after changing sim card... it defaults to ring for 15sec... i extended it through **61*1389*11*30#

only able to extend to 30sec... which is the max according to singtel hotline...

anyone knows how to extend to 1min?
entering 60 instead of 30 at the end... does not work

I'm on M1, but I think 30 sec is the max.

Here's the procedure I found sometime ago (it actually applies to the time delay before diverting to voice mail):

1) Get your current call status, enter *#61#[SEND]

2) Write down the number (eg. +65XX12345678). This is the number that your incoming calls are diverted to after the delay time set.

3) Enter **61*[divert number]*11*[delay]#[SEND] - the delay can be set to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds

4) To verify the settings, enter *#61#[SEND] again.

For 1 min, maybe disengage your voicemail? I have no idea how to do that though...

I read online that we can deactivate voice mail first (before that, max 30 sec think), then seek the extension to 1 min because a call forwarding feature to voice mail would have been disabled by then. Haven't tried out though.

Call Singtel 1688 for mobile technical support. You will be guided how to do it.

Hey guys.
My mum had the same issue with her Samsung S3.
I went to google and found the solution.
If you are not using voice mail, you can choose to not forward the call to voice mail.
You can deactivate it by disabling "Forward when unanswered"

PS: Singtel technical support sucks! Called them but didn't give a solution. I have to find the answer on internet myself.

I called the Singtel hotline 1688 and the customer service agent advised me the same but when I tried it, all I get is a "couldn't get server response" message. I tried dialing this many times on my Samsung Note 3.
