btw i got this from singtel sales whatsapp ( there is no option for combo xo288 or 12 ) to recontract ealrier than 12 mths

I ask for 2022 i able to do it earlier at 11th mth

singtel sales on whatsapp ( maureen) - The order was submitted Sep 13 2022 however device contract starts Oct 2022, that's why the 12th month of contract is Oct 2023 and the start of recontract eligibility.

Then i ask why 2022 i can do it and not 2023 ( if i recontract from xo288 to the new family )

Whether they allow re-contract on 11th months or not is really out of good will.

I have not gotten my yearly $500 voucher. I am thinking $500 is good enough already so not sure still need the Red voucher.

since 2021, 2022, a lot of ex singtel high end plan users had been using recontracting every 12mth to coincide with iphone SEP yearly but i rmbr got one year APPLE screw high end users up to OCT ( so stinktel let high end users 11mth recontract on 11th mth instead of 12 months but contract activation still on OCT

so my cases for last 2021 2022 ( 11mth i recontract , they activate plan on oct yearly -12mth instead ) BUT this year they are not allowing anymore - so kena from 2023 now cannot get iphone in sep BUT oct instead )

and GUESS WHAT i gotten my yearly SEP voucher 500 but i cannot recontract in sep 2023 now onwards due to STINKTEL say their system dun allow already )

Oh, I recall that but for me, somehow it was readjusted to Sept and hence no issue since then.

But I remember that time is Pro Max only can get in Oct if I recall correctly.

so this year i am quite sure PRO max 15 will be having same problem to have handphone deliver in oct ? every report indicate serious shortage for pro max model .

is there any chance high end user of stinktel can recontract in yearly sep instead of OCT to wait for the iphone?

IT seems last year my case was not adjusted back to sep 2022 , instead they let me recontract in sep but activation date still put oct (12th mth )

ANYWAY singtel sales person on whatsapp ( 2 of them say this year ) - their system wont even allow them to readjust 1 mth manually as no options in place
