Singtel Nano Sim Card Activation

Recontract via Singtel Shop and got it delivered today.

Got free Nano Sim and from 1700hrs till now still not yet activated .

Last phone call to them and was advice by midnight would be activated.

Anybody having the same situations ?

The Singtel Sim Card Online Activation useless one, cannot verify those input.

Called at 5pm and said took 1 to 2 hours.
Called at 7pm and said took 2 to 3 hours.
Called at 10pm and said before midnight will activated or else tmr morning
Called at 12.30am and screw the CSO till he really promised after half an hour.

Will wait till 1am and see who my next victim for me to scream at.

I can't afford the downtime since my old SIM which is still active cannot be use on my iPhone.

Tried that Bro the moment I received the Sim Card but error upon activating .

Can't recalled what the error was, should have make a screenshot if I know it would escalate to this level.

For me hello shop guy say 1 hour. Go home about 2 hours haven't. Call cso say need the number. Lol. Remove casing and took out simcard see numbers. Say took 4 hours.

Bloody Hell

Told me maybe Sim Card faulty and asked me to collect it FOC at Singtel Shop.

Bought online just to avoid long Q and now asked me to Q just for the replacement Sim ?

My experience is at times, need to off and on the phone for it to take effect
