Singtel only give $50 voucher?

ok my plan is the Lite plan $38.80 per month currently.

It is noted that from the singtel shop i only get $50 voucher when my plans ends..

i called them up.. what they can do is only additional wave off for my 1st month subscription.

i remember some people get $100 voucher when their contract ends. so i would like to ask if my plans is kind of too low of a price to get $100 mobile voucher..

i called starhub and new customer does not get vouchers as well.

just wondering is this the no voucher season where they do not try to keep customer by giving vouchers. i mean i remember certain period where vouchers are given out more generously.

any of you guys get $100 voucher? what month is that? and how did you convince the staff?

btw i was thinking if LG Flex is a good phone? i am a samsung user and am afraid i will not be used to it..

any advice will be appreciated.

Got give $50 already good. My last recontract with them, they offered me only $10. Have been with them for the past 10 years (equates to my per year loyalty is worth $1).

Walked out of SingTel and never looked back again.

i called to ask for voucher oct last year for first time in my 10++ years with singtel too. they offered $25 only so i just forget it.

early feb i received a sms which offered $30, i ignored again.

on valentine day, i received another sms again. this time they offered $90.

mine is lite plan also.

Voucher value getting smaller..phone prices getting higher with contract..CIS customers need top up $50 on advertised price..last time i can sell recontract phone for abt $500 profit..nw thk oni 400..cut here n there is the best act they can do..

Switch to m1 they also give 50 dollar. That was last year sept period.

In the year 2008 re contract give 100. Then 2010 they start to shrink give only 80 and 2012 they give 30 only.. lolx..

Such a big telco company. Shrinking a loyal customers voucher.. *jiang chu qu xiao da ren jia de mouth*
