singtel postpaid to prepaid

Hi can't seem to find any info on this. I want to port my singtel postpaid to M1 or singtel prepaid. Went to M1 shop staff say cannot be done. Is FULL number portability actually half FU**? is it still a scam trying to get people on postpaid?

Prepaid and postpaid are separate for “business” reason. You can’t go from postpaid to prepaid.

Even for prepaid to postpaid is a hassle
