Any one purchase any phone or tablet before from singtelshop online?

I wonder y it is not an immediate transaction.... submit info and have to wait for sales consultant to call within a week..... unlike M1shop that u can purchase the phone online right here, right now and choose a delivery date....

so inefficient!

Err. My purchase in Dec 13 was buy, select delivery date, pay by CC and delivered to me. No sales consultant needed.

Unless u tried to sign up for mobile bb - tablets deals then yes, that one need sales consultant

In contrast, my June 11 purchase from M1 needed me to do everything online, and yet m1 sales hotline (1623) called me the same day to confirm everything.
