Hey guys hoping to get some advice from current digipen students. I've heard that digipen student life is extremely demanding and had some questions about it.

1. Will I have enough time to join a CCA?

2. Is Digipen so tough that it's impossible to do well? Why is there such a high drop out rate?

2b: When people talk about drop out rate they refer to both the students who are let go by the school due to grades not being good enough, as well as students who choose to leave on their own accord. For Digipen courses, it is the second type of drop out that mainly contributes to the unusually high drop out rate.

1. No you won't. While you go to CCA, your other friends are at school polishing their games, doing assignments, revising for quizzes and whatnots.

2. I can adhere to the above guy's comment on the students leaving the school of their own accord. I'm not even sure how many have dropped out since I started a year ago.
