Then if HQ is there... Then where got space for university?

I oso observed that they building something next to the other existing building....Are they expanding?

SIT actual campus is still in the process of planning. As to where it will be built is not known, there are rumours it will be completed by 2019.

Currently SIT@Dover is just a temporary space. Similar to how SUTD once used ITE Dover Campus. SUTD have recently moved to their new east coast campus. Now SIT occupies the whole ITE Dover.

Depending on which space the construction is on that you were talking about, it could be NUS's space.
