SJ5000+ vs Yi camera

Watched and read many reviews, but still having trouble deciding between the two, one of the reasons is lack of LCD screen on the Yi (and not sure of the image stabilisation difference betwen the two).

I intend to use it underwater and out at sea... anyone able to chip in advice? thanks

Sjcam came out w the latest SJ5000X. 4K resolution with 2 inch LCD. Can get it from taobao using freight forwarder like 65daigou or sgshop. All in should cost u less than SGD200. Rather worth it. I recommend u buy from this shop(友深电子), my camera got warranty issue and they helped 1 to 1 exchange.

XiaoYi is lower spec.
