Building and construction mgmt, now working in facilities mgmt

One of the worse industry (Facilities Management) imho. Lots of customer fronting and servicing to do (or maybe i suay, hence i jump out of the industry.

Doing WSQ training now, never been happier.

FM got so much to do and learn, BMSMA, TC Act, BCA, URA, LTA, Advertising in controlled areas (CBD), etc etc. So much things to go through and learn. You tell me learning nothing in projects? CONQUAS, Green Mark, FSM er, now even safe distancing measure.

Most basic is security and cleaning liao, + landscape management.

If you data centre, need to liase with IT vendor and BMS (Building management system) or basic carpark security system even.

Nothing you pick up? GG liao lo...
