All phones still entitled for os update will receive it. Only old phones not entitled for os update stuck at hyperos 3.0 and older then will face compatibility with sideload system apps from newer hyperos version.

How many users will sideload systems apps from third party websites? The older hyperos will still work perfectly fine with the preinstalled system apps.

My xm 15 pro received notification about new update yesterday. Strange is same hyperos 3.1 firmware version as 10 days ago. Only differences is there is different .C0x behind the version. Previous was C07 new is C08.

The new version is all systems apps update. After updated no needs reboot.

Trump and future presidents can anytime force google to ban china brands from using android. Xiaoomi hyperos 4 system apps change to new programming language and sdk is same as huawei. Easier to change to self developed os.
