Many famous reputable TV brands don't produce such small TVs. Only some TV brand such as Toshiba still produce 24inch TVs. Many TV brands smallest TV size is 32inch.

If you go to Giant hypermart, you may get TVs at 15inch, most probably brands such as Akira, Akai etc. :)
